Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

Prepare the Appliance

Carefully repack the product in its original box, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
